Hitonigiri - Mountain bandits panel

Gawd, the details!!! It took me four days to ink this O.o
(although I admit, I wasn't working continuously all that time)

This is a panel from my comic-in-progress, Hitonigiri. It's part of my main Tsuruhane storyline, and will feature in an anthology called Scribble Vol. 3 later this year.

I'm playing around with new techniques and colour schemes. Not sure if you can tell, but it's supposed to be sunset.

The brown in this is coffee. It's a lot easier to work with than I thought it would be, and it smells really nice. The published comic will be in black & white, but I want to produce a colour version eventually anyway, so doing it now and desaturating it saves me having to redo the whole thing later.
